Palo Alto tennis
The juniors defended their No. 1 seed by winning four straight tennis matches, beating two of the top-seeded teams, to capture the CCS Doubles Championship and become the first duo in Paly girls' tennis history to do so.
The versatile senior caught six passes for 92 yards and returned a kickoff 91 yards for the winning touchdown to life the Knights to a 20-14 win over Sacred Heart Prep and into their first-ever CCS championship football game.
