TOPS IN THE U.S.A. ... Coldwell Banker's Silicon Valley offices rank among the top producing offices among its 650 offices nationwide, according to a press release. The Palo Alto Midtown office ranked fourth nationally among offices with 35 or fewer agents; Palo Alto Downtown ranked third among offices with 51 to 100 agents; and Los Altos ranked ninth among offices with more than 101 agents. In 2011, the Palo Alto Midtown office sold $140 million in homes and represented more than 130 buyers and sellers; Downtown had nearly $500 million in sales and 340 transactions; Los Altos had nearly $555 million in sales with close to 570 transactions.
