Knowing more about tea can increase enjoyment

Don't expect good tea from coffee shops, Peets, Philz and Starbucks all sell terrible tea - or at least terribly made tea.

Tea should be served with milk if that is requested, not cream or half and half. It should never be served with milk while the tea bag is still in the cup. Ideally it should be made in a tea pot and allowed to brew before pouring into the cup. There is much debate as to whether the tea should be put into the cup first or the milk first.
