I would travel back and forth from Australia just to eat the pastries by this Chef.

Obesity is a HUGE issue in our society. Why are pastries, especially with butter, being promoted? We need to be celebrating a vegan lifestyle. In the end, it is all related to global warming. A vegan, low calorie diet produces less carbon dioxide, and makes people much healthier, and happier. Happier people will ride bicycles, instead of driving cars.
