ADVANCED FLORAL DESIGN ... Anne Patrick will teach a course on "Advanced Floral Design" on Mondays and Tuesdays, Sept. 12 to Sept. 27, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Filoli, 86 Canada Road, Woodside. The course will cover free-standing bouquets, dried arrangements, tropical flowers and working with wire netting, plus how to use accessories to interpret themes and make larger arrangements.
