PWC PRIZE ... The Palo Alto-based Peninsula Women's Chorus has tied for second place in the American Prize in Choral Performance competition. The contest is run by a Connecticut nonprofit, with conductor and composer David Katz its chief judge. About 20 community choruses participated, he said.
