YUMMY FRUITS ... UC Master Gardener Nancy Garrison will teach a class on how to "Grow Unusual, Delicious Fruits in the Bay Area" on Saturday, May 14, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Gamble Garden, 1431 Waverley St., Palo Alto. The free class will demonstrate how to grow such exotic fruits as Chilean guava, white sapote, paw paws and mulberries. HOUSES SELL HERE ... Several local Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices were named among the top producing of the 750 Coldwell Banker offices in the nation, according to a press release. Among the top earners: Menlo Park Santa Cruz office was ranked number one ($342 million in home sales, nearly 300 buyers and sellers), and the Palo Alto Midtown office ranked seventh ($124 million in sales, 120 buyers and sellers) among small offices with 1 to 35 agents; the Woodside/Portola Valley office ranked number one ($400 million in sales, 180 transactions) among offices with 36 to 50 agents; Menlo Park El Camino office ranked second ($583 million in sales, nearly 410 buyers and sellers) and Palo Alto Downtown office ranked seventh ($390 million in sales, 325 transactions) among offices with 51 to 100 agents; and the Los Altos office ranked eighth among offices with more than 101 agents ($592 million in sales, nearly 600 transactions).
