This is really just a start, dealing with a third of the problem. But, it is the present elementary schoolkids who will feel the crunch at the high school level unless that is also discussed now.

Elementary parents, if you don't want your kids in high schools numbering 2500, then let PAUSD know now.

I am pleased that something is being discussed, but all three levels must be addressed, not just elementary.

Yes, we need to show up and let them know that we do not only worry abut the elementary schools. High schools are the ones that are so packed the principals and teachers do not know the children name. A teacher said it is close close to impossible with so many students going in and out the classroom.

Editors.

Why isn't this article on the front page of the Online version? This is important enough that all PAUSD parents would want to know about it.

Many of the threads state how difficult it is to get information out in particular to the elementary parents. This article on the front page would be one method of doing so.

Thanks.
