Creating your offer

Once you have received your e-mail confirmation for registering you may now continue with creating your offer. But before you do that you need to create your business.

- Go to PaloAltoOnline.com and click on Pizazz

- Click on Publish.

- Under Registered Advertiser, sign in your "sign in name" and password.

Manage Directory

- Click on Stores

- You are going to want to create a New Business, so click New

- Enter in all information remembering again that everything marked with an asterisk must be filled out.

- If you wish to create another store click Save and New Store

- If you are done with the store click Save and Close

- Review and make sure things are accurate then click Next

- Review and click Next

Business Information Page

-As of now, you are only allowed to create a Basic Business page so make sure that next to Basic is marked and then click Next

Main Menu

- Click on Manage offers

- You then want to create a new offer so click New

- Click New again

- Enter in all information; again remember that all things with an asterisk are mandatory.

- Click Next

Categories

- Check the categories you want marked for your promotion. You already marked categories that define your business so just mark categories that relate to your offer only.

- Click Next

- View and Click Next

Loading your Logo

- You can find your logo(s) on your computer by just clicking Browse, if you don't have one just disregard.

- You can also choose up to three sponsor logo(s) to place on your offer.

- Click Next

Your offer will then appear for you to view.

Saving your Offer

You have four choices to make for your offer:

1. If you would like to save your offer and come back to it later, click Just Save. You would then retrieve your offer by going under Manage Offers at the main menu and then click on Pending. That will take you to all the offers you have on hold for editing.

2. If you would like for the offer to automatically publish when the date starting has arrived, then click Publish Automatically on Release Date.

3. If you need to get approval from someone and need a printed out offer for him/her to look over and sign for approval, then click Show Proof of Approval Form. You then print out the form.

- Once you've decided which of the three you want, you then click Save.

OR

4. You could just choose to go ahead and publish you offer right then and there by clicking Publish.

- You then can click New if you would like to continue making offers.
