About Paige K. Parsons

Paige K. Parsons, who'd never entered a photo contest before, said she was encouraged by her husband to enter and did not know what to expect.

"In this photo the beautiful light and joy from the kids came together at the same time," sayid Parsons who loves to photograph her children.

An architecture major in school, Parsons credits her skill in photography to a few classes she took at a studio in Florence during a semester abroad.
