EPA residents protest the IKEA proposal to build in EPA at a council meeting, 10/16/01. Residents marched from the McDonald's on University Ave. and Bay Road around to the front of City Hall with protest signs, a snare drum and a coffin. The coffin eventually made it into the Council Chambers disrupting the meeting.
