Alain Pinel to head Silicon Valley region (September 22, 2000)
Real estate veteran Alain Pinel was recently named to oversee Coldwell
Banker's 11 offices in Silicon Valley. He will continue to serve as senior
vice president and regional manager for the San Francisco and Peninsula
offices.
A native of France, Pinel began his real estate career in California
in 1976, moving from a broker with Fox & Carskadon to general sales
manager by 1985. Five years later he formed Alain Pinel Realtors, Inc.,
a residential brokerage that still bears his name. He returned to France
in 1991, serving as sales and marketing director of a large real-estate
investment corporation.
He joined Coldwell Banker as senior vice president and West Bay regional
manager in 1995.
