Rolling blackouts resume
Rolling blackouts resumed at 9:45 a.m. today. The first
area affected in Palo Alto was Block 11, part of the Stanford Research
Park. Next in line are Blocks 4 and 3, which include parts
of Professorville and downtown Palo Alto and Downtown North, followed
by Block 20, the Oak Creek Apartments on Sand Hill Road.
