Tuesday night panel to explore 'making citizens'

A panel discussion Tuesday night will explore "making citizens out of residents." The discussion will be sponsored by PAGE (Palo Altans for Government Effectiveness).

Palo Alto Weekly Publisher Bill Johnson, Redwood City City Manager Ed Everett and former Portola Valley Mayor Steve Toben will be part of the discussion and will answer audience questions.

The discussion will be at 7:30 p.m. in the Garden Court Hotel, 520 Cowper St., Palo Alto.
