Community: Peninsula French Fair
Palo Alto's Lucie Stern Community Center hosts the eighth Peninsula French Fair with crepes, charcuterie and cheeses from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 23. Admission is free to the event, which will be at 1305 Middlefield Road. Vendors, artists and a fashion are also scheduled. Go to frenchfair.org.

Music: Master Sinfonia
The Peninsula-based Master Sinfonia orchestra will play the brand-new Jeremy Cavaterra work "Monterey Suite" at an 8 p.m. concert on Saturday, March 23, at the First Congregational Church of Palo Alto, 1985 Louis Road. The program also includes Mendelssohn's Symphony No. 5 and Richard Purvis' "Piece Symphonique for Orchestra and Organ," with T. Paul Rosas soloing. Tickets are $20 (free for audience members under 18). Go to mastersinfonia.org.

Film and music: 'Grease' sing-along
Audience members are invited to sing along at a showing of the movie "Grease" at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 24. The event is in the Menlo-Atherton Performing Arts Center at 555 Middlefield Road in Atherton. Tickets are $8. Go to menlopark.eventbrite.com.
