East Palo Alto police seek witnesses to shooting
Suspects, motive unknown in Sunday incident leaving victim with multiple wounds

East Palo Alto police are seeking witnesses to a shooting that occurred Sunday, Feb. 17, around 2:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Runnymede Street.
Responding to activity on a gunfire detection system, police found a 30-year-old male transient with multiple gunshot wounds to his lower extremities.
Police said a motive and suspects for the shooting are unknown. Anyone with knowledge of the incident is urged to contact East Palo Alto police via anonymous e-mail to epa@tipnow.org, anonymous text to 650 409-6792 or an anonymous voice message by calling 650-409-6792 or 650-853-8477.
