Kepler's: 'Runaway Girl'
Attorney Carissa Phelps discusses and signs her memoir: "Runaway Girl: Escaping Life on the Streets, One Helping Hand at a Time." Phelps works as part of a global collective to help survivors of sex trafficking. She speaks tomorrow, Sept. 28, at 7 p.m. at Kepler's, 1010 El Camino Real, Menlo Park. Go to keplers.com.
