Congratulations to Palo Alto Online series on Teens volunteering. A very important action that makes us know better what happens in our communities and how our kids are improving self-awareness and self-esteem around us! :-)

That looks cool, but a little dangerous. I bet in some other parts of the country they teach autistic kids how to shoot guns, funded by the NRA.

This is a great opportunity for the youth to experience teaching and learning in our communities. Volunteering should be a part of everybody's live and this is a great initiative to inculcate this value to our children!

Great program, I agree with James that it's run by a very good teacher and that she is doing a really god job with what she's doing. Archery is a great sport and the more people who get into it the better.

I happen to be a new archer myself and find that my team is my biggest source of encouragement. It's really amazing that people are coming together to help others learn this sport. A little help makes the biggest difference.

Having fun could be easy but having fun and making yourself fit is much better than ever by just doing sports like archery.

A very nice program for the special needs kids. Being able to participate in a sport with fellow teens is an important facet of daily life - for them and for all teens. Thanks to Palo Alto Online for producing the video.

S.N.A.P is a wonderful program. The children in it benefit from the repetition of the movements and focus. Some of the autistic children love the program, and their parents believe they have improved much more than with other sports. Not to mention the benefits with posture and the socialization aspect of the program. I hope this video will inspire people not only to do volunteer work, but also for people to have ideas like Esther's to create programs that can benefit the community. Esther your program is truly wonderful. Thank you so much for dedicating so much time and energy to help everyone. You are a wonderful person and your program indeed help many. Thanks Esther!

It is truly amazing to know that the local residents, adults and teens, are gathering together and helping autistic children.

Even though a lot of sports has doubts in them (autistic children), the archery community didn't. They gave in.

I liked very much the video, cause I believe the peoples has to think in another peoples all the time.we live in a comunity and we can help when we want, I'm from Brasil,Salvador- Bahia and I couldn't inform my city or my country because didn't have the option, and I'm very proud with my friend Carola filmmaker.

When we do something to somebody with love , we recieve good feelings of GOD.
