Posted by PA Mom, a resident of the Green Acres neighborhood, on Nov 5, 2009 at 12:47 pm The article doesn't say people are mailing in absentee ballots, the majority still physically bring them in to a polling place and drop them off. I started doing this in response to the large-scale shenanigans of the last decade, so did many of my friends.
I may be getting absentee ballots, but I still want a nearby polling place where I can put my ballot into the box myself. I also want my kids to come with me to see me cast my ballot -- but no way could I concentrate on voting at the polling place.
