PUBLIC AGENDA: Architectural Review Board, public hearing on 195 Page Mill Road

PALO ALTO UTILITIES ADVISORY COMMISSION ... The commission is tentatively scheduled to consider potential discussion topics for its joint meeting with the City Council in July. The commission is also scheduled to receive quarterly reports on water, gas and electricity efficiency programs and get an update on regulatory and financial issues. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, in the Council Conference Room at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).

PALO ALTO CITY COUNCIL ... The City Council plans to interview candidates for the Library Bond Oversight Committee. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, in the Council Conference Room at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).

PALO ALTO ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD ... The board will hold a public hearing on 195 Page Mill Road, a request by Hohbach Realty Company Limited Partnership for an architectural review of a mixed-use, 157,387-square-foot-building. The board will also consider a design-enhancement exception to exceed maximum-lot coverage and variances for encroachments into setbacks. The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
