The board will hold a public hearing on 195 Page Mill Road, a request by Hohbach Realty Company Limited Partnership for an architectural review of a mixed-use, 157,387-square-foot-building. The board will also consider a design-enhancement exception to exceed maximum-lot coverage and variances for encroachments into setbacks. The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
