PALO ALTO HISTORIC RESOURCES BOARD ... The board plans to hold a study session to provide comments on historic resources for inclusion in the city's letter to the California High-Speed Rail Authority regarding the proposed high-speed train system. The meeting is scheduled for 8 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
PALO ALTO PLANNING AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION ... The commission plans to hear a presentation of proposed urban design and architecture for Stanford University Medical Center and Stanford Shopping Center expansion projects. The commission will also hear a presentation by a city consultant on a "village concept" alternative. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
PALO ALTO ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD ... The board plans to consider a previously approved item on the consent calendar and review conditions of two other previously approved items. The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
PALO ALTO PUBLIC ART COMMISSION ... The commission plans to hold a courtesy review for 325 Lytton Ave., a three-story office building. The commission also plans to discuss art work at the Mitchell Park Community Center Library, a design company's proposal for a commission logo and art work for the San Francisquito Creek Storm Water Pump Station. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, in the Council Conference Room at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
