And what exactly is the "Internet Hall of Fame"? Apart from being based in Hong Kong, the story says nothing about it. Who is in charge of it, why is it based in Hong King, where does it get its money, etc. Such mundane facts could color how I regard its selections, although clearly DE and MR are eminently worthy inductees.

I would have guessed the Internet Hall of Fame would be somehow associated with the Computer History Museum. Evidently not.
