PUBLIC AGENDA: Magical Bridge, 2555 Park Blvd., enrollment survey

HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION ... The commission will hear an update on program changes at InnVision/Shelter Network; discuss senior housing as part of the Housing Learning Series; and discuss the regional HRC breakfast. COUNCIL FINANCE COMMITTEE ... The council plans to amend the rate scheduled for storm- and surface-water drainage; consider the 2015 Community Development Block Grant funding allocations; discuss contract renewals for the Human Services Resource Allocation Process; and discuss financial plans for the electric, gas, wastewater and water utilities. HISTORIC RESOURCES BOARD ... The board plans to review 261 Hamilton Ave., an application by Cody Anderson Wasney Architects to reclassify a 1927 building designed by Birge Clark from Category 3 to Category 2 on the city's Historic Inventory. The meeting will begin at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, April 16, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD ... The board plans to review the design of the proposed Magical Bridge playground at Mitchell Park; consider a request by Cody Anderson Wasney Architects for a historical rehabilitation of 261 Hamilton Ave.; discuss new signs at the Rinconada Library; and hold a scoping session for the Environmental Impact Report for 2555 Park Blvd., which includes a new three-story office building. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 17, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).

CITY/SCHOOL LIAISON COMMITTEE ... The committee plans to review recent City Council and school board meetings; discuss the Palo Alto Unified School District enrollment survey; and discuss property-tax ballot initiatives. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 17, in the Council Conference Room at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).

PUBLIC ARTS COMMISSION ... The commission plans to discuss the Parks Master Plan; approve a temporary installation by Tony Discenza in downtown Palo Alto; and approve a proposed concept for interactive new media artwork in the City Hall lobby. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, in the Council Conference Room at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
