Community: Halloween Costume Swap
Blossom Birth Services and the City of Palo Alto are hosting a costume swap on Friday, Oct. 4. Parents can pick up recycled costumes for children ages 0-12 at the Lucie Stern Community Center on 1305 Middlefield Road in Palo Alto from 5 to 8 p.m. There will also be Halloween-themed activities and an information table. Talk: Parent Education
Challenge Success, a nonprofit founded at Stanford, is hosting "Keep It In Perspective," a parent education event. Speakers will include author Dan Pink and Challenge Success Co-Founders Denise Pope and Madeline Levine.
