Researchers will discuss the latest developments in the world of autism and special needs at a forum Tuesday, April 23, hosted by a local office of the German software company SAP.
Panelists include Randi Hagerman, medical director of the MIND Institute at the University of California at Davis, Robert Miller, executive director of the National Fragile X Foundation, Peter Bell, executive vice-president of Autism Speaks and Cheryl Pray, executive director of the Els for Autism Foundation.
Faheem Ahmed, SAP vice president of strategic initiatives, will moderate. Ahmed developed Care Circles, a free consumer health-care application to help patients and families find best practices from around the world.
Faheem will demonstrate the product at Tuesday's event.
