A five-member advisory commission responsible for overseeing Palo Alto's municipally-owned utilities and reporting to the City Council. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. in the council conference room of City Hall. Terms are for three years beginning July 1. Four of the five members must be residents.
