Skateboarding

Burgess Skate Park
700 Alma St., Menlo Park. Open for general skateboarding half hour before sunup to sundown. Users are required to wear helmets, elbow and knee pads. Facility is for skateboards and in-line skating only. Adult supervision required for children under age 14. Call 650-330-2200.

Greer Park Skateboard Bowl
1098 Amarillo Ave., Palo Alto. Open for general skateboarding (no supervision provided) sunrise to sunset daily. Users are required to wear helmets, elbow and knee pads. Facility is for skateboards only, not bikes or in-line skates. Free. Call 650-329-2192.

Skate Park
201 S. Rengstorff Ave., Mtn. View. The Skate Park is open daily from 6 a.m. until one-half hour after sunset. On Saturdays and Sundays, the park is reserved exclusively for skaters age 12 and under from 9:30-11:30 a.m. All skaters must wear helmets, kneepads and elbow pads. All bikes (including BMX bikes) and scooters are prohibited at this facility. The Skate Park is a non-supervised facility. The park will be closed if features are wet. Features include: Trick Ramp, Quarter Pipe, Mini Half Pipe, Fun Box with a Handrail, Pyramid Ramp, Arch Rail, Kink Rail, Slider Rail and a Plain Box. Call 650-903-6331.
