1796 Bay Road, East Palo Alto. Helps more than 4,200 at-risk youth and adults with problems of addiction, family breakdown and the spread of communicable diseases, including HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C. Services include bilingual education and intervention, residential treatment, outpatient services, clean and sober living and DUI classes.
