'Ararat' film screening
Stanford Global Studies will screen the film "Ararat," directed by Atom Egoyan, which captures the efforts of director Edward Saroyan to make a Hollywood-style movie about the Armenian genocide. This is one of several events held at Stanford University commemorating the centenary of the genocide. April 15, 7-9 p.m. Free. History Corner, Building 200, Room 203, Stanford.

Family Movie Night: 'Book of Life'
The Atherton Library will hold one its family movie nights, this month featuring the children's animated film "The Book of Life." 'The Hunting Ground' screening and discussion
The Clayman Institute for Gender Research at Stanford University will screen the documentary "The Hunting Ground," a close examination of rape culture on college campuses and the experiences and advocacy of survivors.
